RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you wish to return an item that is not suitable (EXCEPT promotional items including CLEARANCE, end of series, items purchased with a voucher, there will be no refund for these items) , you have every right to do so but it must be done according to certain mandatory rules.

In accordance with articles L 121-21 to L 121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. 

The return must be accompanied by the COMPLETED RETURN FORM . The return address appears in the latter.

Returned items must not have been used, washed, stained, torn or have signs of use. The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by their accessories (box, pouch, box, etc.), labels and delivery note.

Please note, return costs are your responsibility, the price of the items only is refunded. Parcels must be returned via the Colissimo or Mondial Relay service and at the latter's current rates.

Under no circumstances is ILY STORE responsible for the loss or damage of return packages.

All refunds will be made to the original payment method used to pay for the purchase. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 working days.
